• Comment: One of a Kind Cleaning is truly the best choice for couch and carpet cleaning. From the start, their team was incredibly responsive, promptly providing my invoice and a reminder for my appointment. They arrived on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. Something I truly appreciated was during the cleaning Umar (service provider) came into the room and gave me a heads up that in about 10-15 mins they would be cleaning the room my husband and I were in and I thought that was so professional and considerate instead of just rushing me out the room when they were ready.
  
  My carpets came out so clean that it felt like I had just moved into a brand-new home. As for my couch, I was on the verge of tossing it due to the stains, but to my surprise, they worked their magic and made it look as good as new and it’s definitely here to stay!
  
  This was my first time using their services, but it certainly won’t be my last. I’ve used another company before them and this one was by far better. They recommend cleaning every eight months, and now that I know this level of service is available, I’ll absolutely be requesting more services. A huge thank you to James and Umar!
