Located in Richmond, TX, we monitor the Coronavirus carefully, and we take precautions such as the use of alcohol-based hand sanitizer, limiting physical contact (ie. handshaking), maintaining a 6-foot distance from all clients, sterilizing and disinfecting all of our equipment before and after every job, and more.

One Of A Kind Pros™ takes our role in creating a healthy and clean community seriously, and we make every effort to ensure our clients are taken care of, but also that our technicians stay safe as we enter homes and businesses.

We implement precautions for the safety of our community and our clients:

1. If you or a household member are sick or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please cancel your appointment by calling us.
2. Please maintain a 6-foot distance from our technicians during the time of your appointment. We will greet you with a warm smile, but not a handshake at this time.
3. Please wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds prior to our arrival for our scheduled appointment. With your permission, our technician will also wash their hands. Please instruct them to do so, otherwise we will use the company-provided hand sanitizer.
4. We will regularly use hand sanitizer (over 70% alcohol) as well as Clorox wipes in an effort to minimize risk. Masks can be utilized upon request.
5. If a technician is sick, they will be required to stay home and get well; therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding in case an appointment must be rescheduled.
