  • Comment: James (owner) was able to schedule me in for a quick early morning appointment on a Saturday with minimal notice. Aaron (tech) showed up right on time and got to work after a quick inspection and gave a quick assessment. He was also able to add-on couple of rugs that I had after arrival for a very competitive price. Aaron was very thorough and paid extra attention to heavy traffic (read: more soiled) areas.
