• Comment: I called One Of A Kind Pros to get a quote for furniture cleaning. James asked me to send pictures which I did. He called me back within half an hour with a quote, which was much lower than another quote I had received. I made an appointment for the next week and
  they arrived right on time. The two guys were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They got the job done in a timely manner, and told me if I had any questions or concerns after they left, please call them and let them know. The next morning after the furniture had completely dried I noticed two areas that needed additional work. I called and sent pictures of the areas and someone came out that same day and redid the two areas I was concerned about. My furniture looks almost new now, and I am very pleased with this company, the employees. the friendliness and the willingness to do all they can to get the job done to my complete satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them for furniture cleaning and plan to have my carpets cleaned by them in the future.
