  • Comment: I always use one of a kind pros for my rental properties. This past weekend, I had a Camille move out that had several pets. The carpet was ruined, I thought. I called James about another property and I just mentioned that I would have to replace all the carpet in one of my units. He was in the area so he agreed to stop by and see the damage. He said he was able to clean the carpets and HE DID! He not only saved me a ton of money but the carpet was clean and sanitized. Awesome job! I’m so happy with the results.
