  We just bought a house with the entire upstairs carpeted. We knew the previous owner had a dog, but when we got the home, there was no smell. We booked this company to come out and sanitize the carpets just to make sure it was clean for our kids to play around on. I assume because of the dog from the previous owner, the moisture and heat from the cleaning brought up a sort of wet mop smell that engulfed the whole house. I posted a review, but left it at that since I was not present for the cleaning.
  
  Not even a day after the review was posted, the owner of the company called to see what happened and offered to come back and fix the issue. They came back in less than a week and went above and beyond to fix it. The carpets look, feel, and smell amazing now.
  
  Once he was done, the owner took us both upstairs and showed us each of the rooms and made sure we were happy with everything before he left. They look really good now, the smell is taken care of, and he was very thorough with explaining that happened, what they did to fix it, and what to expect with drying and afterwards.
  
  I can't even put words to how happy I am with the customer service. There was never, ever an issue with talking to them, even after the original unsatisfied review. The workers and the owner were all very respectful and responsive. This company probably has the best customer service I've experienced in years. I'm very very happy now and will recommend them to everyone.
