• Comment: This company really is one of a Kind. From the customer service to the Cleaning technicians. I was really worried our mattress wasn’t going to come clean. The technician gave me a step-by-step guide of what steps they would be taking. Halfway through the job, the Tech Consulted with me about the current process that they were doing to our mattress and I was 100% shocked at how clean the mattress became. We were experiencing very bad smells from the mattress from my 2 year old potty training grandson. Who has not caught on fully.The Technicians really cleaned the mattress so well our room was so fresh smelling. I will be using them again. I’ve never had furniture cleaned before,but I see this should also be apart of our cleaning routine. Don’t second guess this company and their capabilities try them now. Hopefully you’ll get the same technicians I got. If not you’re still in good shape. The professionalism that our technicians showed, I know expanded far from other companies .The politeness, the care that they took to not damage any of our property. There was no mess. Thank you, One of A Kind, for your service. I personally want to think our technicians for their do diligence with care and skills.
