• Comment: I had our offices cleaned today and I am so happy I decided to try someone else other than Sears. I called 2 days ago to book an appointment. James, a real person, picked up the phone on the 2nd ring, gave him approximate square footage, he quoted me right away, didn't try to tack on any extra costs, explained what to expect (steam cleaning, which is exactly what I wanted), told me a time frame and told me they'd call when they're 30 minutes away, and sent me a confirmation email. I called on Thursday and the cleaning was done Saturday morning - 2 days later. Amazing.
  
  I thought I was just going to get a quote and shop around, but i felt like the price was better than others I've used, so I went ahead and booked it.
  
  Umar came to do the cleaning. He was professional, respectful, and a genuinely nice guy. He told me post cleaning instructions, wiped up water from the hardwood floors, asked me to check the work, and the carpets looked new! I will definitely use them for my home and future office cleanings. It was an overall fantastic experience. No wonder they have so many good reviews. What an awesome team.
  
  Oh, and their truck was clean too!
