• Comment: This is the second time I use One of a Kind Pros. The first time I used them, I was very impressed with James from One of a Kind. When I called, I explained that a tenant had just moved out; the carpet was full of stains and we had a partially wet carpet from a water leak. James quickly advised me what to do to start drying out the wet carpet. Then we set up the appointment. Unfortunately, the water was turned off by the City and James worked with me to schedule and reschedule the appointment when the City failed to turn it on when promised. When they cleaned the carpet, they managed to get all of the stains out and left the carpet looking new. Thanks, One of a Kind Pros - great service!! This second time, the service again was timely, carpet was left spotless- great job, Omar!! Only company I will be using in the future.
